  • How do I place an Order?
    Depending on the availability of the product and shipping restrictions, purchases may be made either directly through gallantcalifornia.com or through the assistance of our online personal shoppers. You can contact us via email at Online-Assistance@gallantcalifornia.com. Emails will be responded to within 1-2 business days. Please note we are available Monday-Friday from 8AM-8PM(EST) and Saturday 9AM-8PM(EST), excluding holidays.
  • What can I do if an item is out of stock?
    We strive to maintain only what is available online. However, due to the success of a particular item, Limited production or supply delays, it is possible that an item can be out of Stock during transaction. If a timeless piece is out of stock, check the product page periodically for stock updates. Quantities are updated throughout the day to reflect current stock levels. To receive notification of on an out of stock item contact us for availability.
  • When will I be charged?
    Your card or other method of payment will not be charged until your order is accepted and shipped. However, it may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order. Payment will be taken for personalized items at the time – or shortly after – you submit your order and therefore in advance of shipping.
  • What is a pre-ordered item?
    Certain products that are not immediately available to purchase may be displayed on Gallantcalifornia.com. These items can be pre-ordered to secure them once they become available. Payment will be deducted when or shortly after your order is placed. We will inform you with expected delivery times upon your order when receiving Recognition for your order. You can cancel your order at any time.
  • Can I cancel or modify my Order?
    Customer Service is unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been dispatched. Preorders and Backorders (except personalized or made-to-order) that have not yet shipped may be cancelled by contacting via email at online-assistance@gallantcalifornia.com, as soon as possible. Orders for items immediately available cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully dispatched. We advise you to follow the return instructions included in your package, or refuse the shipment upon delivery, and it will be returned to our attention. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once it arrives to our warehouse. Made to order items and personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned to Gallantcalifornia.com for a refund. Once a Made to Order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • What does an Online Exclusive Mean?
    Any product which is described as an “ online exclusive “ will only available to purchase on Gallantcalifornia.com and is not available through any Gallant authorized retailer or on any other website. If a client has difficulties placing and order through Gallantcalifornia.com, Customer Service may be able to assist by taking the customers’ details and placing the order for the “online exclusive” product over the telephone.

Standard Shipping

We offer complimentary ground shipping  on all u.s. orders.  Your package will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with  a tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

 

Express Shipping 

Delivery in 2-4 working days

Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed. This is due to the time difference.

You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center. 

Pre-Orderable Order

Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time that is stated on the item’s purchase page. If by any chance the merchandise in pre-order fails in delivery, Gallantcalifornia.com will promptly inform and refund customers. Gallantcalifornia.com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of  Gallant California that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified on the product’s purchase page. 
In Pre-order purchases credit cards are debited at the moment the order is placed. 

PURCHASE RETURNS

 

Returns are available nationwide for all full-price items within 30 days of shipping and all sale items within 14 days of receipt, Below is provided Return conditions before Mailing the product. Instructions are provided below. Please note that it is not possible to return tailor-made items.

To return your purchase, Take the package to your nearest US Post-Office drop-off location. U.S Post Office will require the information on your pre-printed return label, so have this ready when arranging your return. 

Once you have arranged your return, complete the following steps: 

- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box or any other suitable box; 

- Complete the return form and place it in the box; and 

- Attach the return label to the outside of the box and seal the box securely.

Exchanges:

Please return your order to us within 30 days of the shipping date, ensuring that the return conditions are met. A new order can be placed through Gallantcalifornia.com at any time or if you Contact Us you can place an order through our Customer Service team.

 

Conditions:

· Purchases must be returned from the original shipping state with the original Returns Form.

· Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Gallant Ca item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. 

· Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered returns or any other Gallant California reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and, therefore, sent back to the customer.

Refunds:

- Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.
- Upon receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that your payment method provider will make refunds within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Cancellations:
-We may cancel your order before it has been dispatched, be sure to contact us as soon as possible after placing an order to be notified if cancellation is available. 

 

If your order cannot be canceled, it will be processed and delivered. Once the order is delivered, any items that meet the return conditions can be canceled by following the instructions for Returning Your Purchase above.
